Week 1 Studio: Drapery Research

After considering the class discussion and exercises on Speaking Surface's we tried to considering which of the materials on the price list would be able to form the best narrative or speak/come alive in the space. As explained the space feels cold and stark and is mostly concrete and steel, by adding fabric to the industrial gallery space we would be creating a contrast between the two surfaces and encouraging conversation and/or conflict between the two.
